Test the Exact Tag on the Exact Tool

Metal geometry can change RF behavior. A tag tested on a large flat steel plate may behave differently on a narrow wrench, curved pipe or compact power tool.

Install the sample in the intended position and test it using the same handheld, fixed reader or cabinet that will be deployed.

For tool tracking, reliable identification throughout the real workflow is more important than achieving the largest possible laboratory distance.
